Parents also should realize that dating is nothing to have guilt over. While a lot of parents who date feel guilty, there is no reason for them to feel that way. As long as one listens to their heart they will be guided in the right direction, sometimes even the best intended people can end up causing problems in their lives.
Finally it is important that parents remember that dating with children after divorce is just something that is going to happen in life. This will increase their happiness which in turn will increase their children’s happiness. So there is a good chance that while dating, one will actually be a better parent then they would be if they were not dating because they had children.
