Re-kindling you relationship with someone who has broken up with you can be incredibly difficult to succeed in. You will have been dumped with your partner either because they are not sure how they feel about you or they no longer feel anything at all.
It is a difficult task trying to convince your ex that you are the best for them. The last thing you want to do is force your ex into coming back to you. Ideally you would like them to come back to you of their own accord with no begging/pleading from yourself.
To get your ex to come back to you, it is important that they see little hints of interest from you here and there. However for the first few weeks after the break up, you need to keep your distance from your ex and avoid all contact with them.
After this time I suggest that you just send them a simple text message asking how they are, nothing too much. If they don’t respond it is not the end of the world, but leave it a few days before you try them again. It is vital that you do this to be sure that they got your first message.
If you send them multiple text messages within the space of a few hours you will look desperate and silly. Imagine if your ex didn’t check their phone for a few hours only to come back to it and find several desperate messages from you.
One text message is enough, if your ex is interested they will respond. If after a few days you still aren’t getting an answer you may want to ring your ex on a withheld number just to test if it’s ringing and whether or not.
Obviously you don’t want to be sending your messages to a black hole. If your ex’s phone does ring yet they still don’t answer your messages after a week or so then it’s maybe time to take a hint.
Not all relationships are fixable; you will have to give up after a certain amount of time. If your ex does not respond to you at all then your chances of getting them back are sadly very slim.
